Range sets how deep it reaches below the threshold, attack and release shape the envelope, a hard-knee toggle stiffens the grab and trim levels the output. Great for sustain on drums, pulling up room and reverb tails, leveling dialogue, parallel density and glue.
Upward, not downward
Raises what sits below the threshold instead of squashing what peaks above it - density without pumping.
Multiband mode
Split into three bands with low and high crossovers - lift lows, mids and highs independently.
Ceiling: limiter or clipper
Cap the output with a clean limiter or a harder, louder clipper - plus DC cleanup filters pre and post.
