1. Introduction and acceptance

By accessing or using the website RIPPLES MUSIC (the "Site") and purchasing any digital products (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RIPPLES MUSIC LTD.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

4. Product delivery policy

• Method of delivery: all products are digital. Upon successful payment, a download link or access credentials will be sent immediately to the email address provided.
• Delivery timeframe: delivery is instantaneous via our automated system.
• Technical responsibility: it is your responsibility to ensure you have the compatible hardware (Mac/Windows) and software to use the Products.
• Force majeure: RIPPLES MUSIC LTD shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by third-party failures, strikes, or technical outages beyond our control.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

• Digital nature: in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the right to cancel a transaction does not apply to goods that can be recorded or duplicated once their digital access is provided.
• Final sale: all purchases of digital products (sample packs, plugins, courses, eBooks) are final and non-refundable.
• Contact for disputes: any request regarding a purchase must be submitted in writing to office@ripples-music.com.

6. Intellectual property and licensing (EULA)

• License grant: RIPPLES MUSIC LTD grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the sounds in your musical compositions.
• Restrictions: you may NOT resell, redistribute, or sub-license the standalone files.
• Artist credit: you may NOT use the name or likeness of any featured artist from our products to promote your music without prior written consent.
• Site ownership: all logos, site content, and software are the sole property of RIPPLES MUSIC LTD.

7. Limitation of liability and warranties

• "As-is" basis: the Site and Products are provided without any warranties, express or implied.
• Professional disclaimer: information or artistic advice provided on the Site does not constitute professional opinion or advice.
• Total limitation: RIPPLES MUSIC LTD shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.

8. Privacy and data protection

• Data security: we employ standard security measures to protect your information.
• Usage: we will not use customer details for any purpose other than operating the Site and fulfilling transactions.
• Payment: payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers (grow / Meshulam). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
