RIPPLES's main producer and the force behind its software. A producer, composer and sound designer with over fifteen years in the industry, Oran is a drummer-first multi-instrumentalist who codes every plugin himself. For him each project is a chance to experiment, push a sound somewhere new, and make something that lasts.
Inbal holds the finances together and drives the operations and culture at RIPPLES. With more than a decade across artist management and festival production, she is the centre of gravity for everyone who walks through the door — mentoring artists, protecting the team, and steering RIPPLES toward its long view. She also records and performs as Kim Forest.
Every creative explosion needs an anchor, and that's Aviv. He runs the entire digital ecosystem — marketing, web operations, video and social. With a background in music television and sharp technical instincts, he provides the steady, tactical execution that turns wild ideas into finished work.
Dorke and Guy are the in-house instrumentalists. They sit in on label sessions, write for sync, and shape the records that come out of the studio.
In the studio, Dor makes music feel effortless. Ideas turn into riffs, theory turns into feeling, and the room fills with his easygoing humour. Away from a track you'll find him quoting stand-up, gaming, or rolling dice late into the night with friends.
Guy is a pianist at heart and a devoted father. He has composed close to two hundred pieces for memorial and holiday ceremonies, worked with bands in Israel and abroad, and scored student films. He also teaches piano and guitar, helping others find their own musical voice.
