Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Everything we sell - plugins, sample packs, and eBooks - is a digital product delivered instantly by download. Because these products are downloadable and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are considered final, except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Faulty or misdescribed products

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a product is faulty, fails to download or install, or is materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to fix the problem or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include your order number and a short description of the issue (and your operating system and DAW for plugin problems).

3. How payments and refunds are processed

Our orders and payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where local law grants you a right to cancel or a right to a remedy for defective digital content, those rights continue to apply.
